I saw an opportunity to get what was advertised as a free trial of a teeth whitening program. On the web page it says try it before you buy it, implying the trial is free but you have to pay for shipping. They charged $7.95 for shipping. After a 14 day trial period the web site advised they would charge $149.95, then $89.95 every 30 days for as long as you stayed in the membership. I just wanted to use the free trial. I ordered it and received it in the mail. I called tonight to cancel and was told I would have to pay an additional $29 or send the product back. I had not yet used the product so it will only cost me another $7.95 to send it back. My complaint is that they are EXTREMELY deceptive because on the web site they make it sound like you can try the system on a free trial if you just pay for shipping. There is nowhere on the web site or anywhere else that warns you that the "free" trial period will cost $29 to actually use the product! Please do something about these con artists.
