Type of a scam Debt Collections

Received an email from Ellah Daniels with an attachment stating invoice 3602-1. I never clicked the invoice but this was suspicious as I’ve never conducted any business with this person. The phone listed on google(510) 651-7628 no one answered the phone. I want to share this as the invoice appears to be collecting funds for a debit i never obtained. Please be aware and report this individual should you experience a similar situation. Someone please stop these individuals they scammers.
