They called me to see if I needed security software on my PC. They said they would perform a scan to see if there were any security concerns on my PC. They performed an analysis, gaining access without my permission. They then charged my VISA $349.99. They said it was for them to fix security issues for the next 3 years. John Smith, really, that was the name he gave, has called twice since 6 1 2017 asking for more significant money to fix my PC for an additional amount of money, gaining access without my permission. I asked them why are they asking for more money and that these fixes were out of the pervue of our current contract. I said NO and asked for my money back. They have stopped calling and have not responded to my emails.
