Type of a scam Debt Collections

My wife received a call on her cell phone. It said we have made several attempts to get in touch with me. This is the last attempt to reach him. They did not give a company name. They left a phone number to call back 855-200-2962. I called back. He said I have an Orchard credit card and owe $2000. They answered Tri Star Services. I have never had an Orchard credit card. I feel it is a debt collection scam.
