Type of a scam COVID-19

I ran into this advertisement while reading my sports app The Score on my android phone. I clicked on ad and it took me to www.trendymasks.net where I saw a face mask and filters I was interested in. I ended up ordering (1) face mask and (7) filters totaling $45.91 which I paid with my debt card. Once i placed my order they sent out email stating they will send tracking info once they ship out my order. After a couple days they send me tracking # but showed it had not been picked up by courier yet. So from 05/02/2020 to 06/02/2020 no information has updated on that tracking # so thats when i decided to contact them thru email since they have no customer service #. They did reply once saying shipping is delayed because of COVID19 and its on its way and that if I don’t get my order by end of week they would refund me. Its been a whole month and I have ask for a refund and they have not gotten back to me. That’s when I realized this place or website is a scam
