Type of a scam Online Purchase

I bought rug from Trendy Rugs and accidently entered wrong expiry date when ordering. I was emailed immediately saying card was declined. I enter the correct expiry and purchase went through. Received credit card invoice indicating purchase from International Rugs. If you look at each website, you will notice right away that they are very similar. I waited for a month for my rug. I tried to find a phone number for each business, there isn’t one. There is only email addresses that are said to be 24 hour customer service on both websites. I wrote several times and never received a response from either. They sure were quick to email when then expiry was wrong.

Is there a way to remove these fraudulent websites so no one else will loose money? I have read other scam reports for this business from 2011. (I only found out about this when I didn’t receive my purchase and did some research)
