I saw free items offered on a Facebook ad that said "free just pay shipping" so I went ahead and took a look at the website to find something for my new baby. I ordered an elephant play mat and had to pay $4.95 for the shipping. I received an email saying my order has shipped and to email them in 3 business days to get tracking information. I did receive the shipping information and it took me to a website that I had never heard of called track.aftership.com. It looks like the item is coming from China. The shipping information updated right away and then it stayed with the same date and location in China for about a month. I emailed them (because email is the only form of communication for this site) to ask where my package was. They had an auto response that told me it takes 15-25 days sometimes longer to get a package and as an apology they were sending a new package. With the second package I went through the same process and again the tracking stayed the same for about a month. I wrote yet another email about not receiving my package and I got the same response as the time before. The auto generated response said they would send the package again (this being the third time) and here I am in the same situation with the same auto response. I have not received any of the packages they have "sent".

In February of 2017 I purchased some items that the website trendy eve.com advertised as free only paying shipping I spent around $16 in change on I believe it was five or six different items money still came out of my pocket three months later I believe it was that time frame I contacted them in an email asking where my stuff was they told me it takes a little bit long because of their promotion for the free items and only paying shipping so I agreed and I waited again they informed me it would be only another 14 days before they got back to me they never got back to me so I reached out to them about three weeks later asking where my stuff was they responded with the same generic email and I waited another two months it is now been 5 months later and they have stopped responding to my emails I looked at the company up online and every single person was ever reviewed or bought from this company has had the exact same issue as me and no one receives their packages I had to call my bank to get them to reverse the charge but I want this address because I don’t want this to happen to people in the future money came out of my pocket for items that I never received and I am not the only person that this is happened to the company just takes your money offering fake promotions and never sends you anything it is obviously a scam and I’m not sure if I’m contacting the right people to get this reported to have this website shut down but it’s a start

We ordered 5 things from Classy Ella (previously Trendy Eve). They have changed their name on the website for the same reason. If you google "Trendy Eve Reviews", many people have complained about them.

They will charge your account for items you ordered and will never ship you the items. They will tell you that you will receive the items in another 3 weeks but you will never get them. I ordered my items on 23 April and it is not June 10 and I have not got any items and have sent them two reminders on 18 May and 8 June.

This is a scam and please, save your time and do not order from this site. www.classyella.com.

Ordered two items, an elephant flower pot and elephant earrings from their site during a promotion where you only had to pay for shipping. I ordered them and they sent me an email confirming it had shipped on Feb 15,2017. I later emailed an asked for a tracking link and they responded with a link. For the next couple weeks as I tracked my package via this link it remained in the same positioning "on airline for china post" and never showed it arriving anywhere etc. I emailed again on April 1, 2017 since I had yet to recieve my items and asked for a refund. They told me they would be more than happy to reship the items. Which apparently they did and sent me an email saying it shipped on and sent another tracking link on April 8,2017. This link did exactlly the same as the previous one and stayed in the same positioning once it reached airline and never progressed or areive anywhere. Its still at the tracking step to this day May 18,2017. I have contacted the company again and they informed me their policy is no refund on "free" items you only pay shipping for. Except I paid shipping and never recieved any of my items 3 months later. Absoulte scam. Beware. They should be locked away

I initially saw Trendy Eve on Facebook where they had elephant baby items. I placed my first order in early/mid February, for an order that the items were "free" just pay shipping of $4.95

In March I then placed another order of three items where the deal was the same, just pay shipping. This total was $12.95, shipping says it can take 15-25 days. I emailed the company about both orders and was told it would be here for sure. It’s now April and nothing has been sent to me. I have asked for a refund and nothing still.
