I ordered a birth certificate for my husband and they took $85.00 dollars and I never received the birth certificate I ordered it back in Dec.2017. I have called the numbers that the website provided and I can’t get no answer I have tired the website like the emails and the website says and still no one will contact me. The numbers are 1-844-477-4141 and the other number is 1-646-432-6836. I contacted them for a refund and and to cancel my order. But I can’t get no one to contact me by email or by phone. Please help if you can.
