Type of a scam Online Purchase

I done a random Google search for a Fujifilm Instax Mini 9 for use for my wedding. I knew several big box stores carried them online, but I was looking to see if somewhere carried them a little cheaper. Unfortunately, I clicked on the link for ToysDepot as their prices were about $20 cheaper than other stores. They also advertised free shipping on all orders and that the products would arrive in 3-5 days. I placed the order on 9/4/19 and today is 9/15/19. I have emailed the company multiple times using the ONLY email provided on their website to ask where my order was and there has not been any response. I should have looked closer at the website before placing my order as there is no customer service number to call, only one email address, and on the "Contact" tab is clearly states, "This is form is just for demo purpose. No inquiries will be answered." Also, when you click on any of the "FAQ" suggestions, it is written in another language other than English.
