Type of a scam Online Purchase

The offer came as an ad on Facebook for a Fitbit Charge 2 for $1.99 plus shipping. I had purchased 3 of them thinking it was a good price. Once the order was placed, I received an order confirmation that seem to look legit but after 48 hours, their website is no longer available, and no one from the customer service email has responded to any of my inquiries about having the fitbits sent out or refunded. it has been almost a month since the order was placed and if I try to check the status, it says the order has been confirmed but no further process has been made.
