Type of a scam Online Purchase

I ordered a craft diecutting machine through this company and never received it. Initially when I tried to pay for it, they said my debit card nor my credit card would go through and told me I would need to get a gift card from a store such as Walmart (which I did) to pay for the item. They did send an email to me saying that my order had been shipped, gave me an order number, and a link to the company they supposedly used to ship the item (USN Carrier). The website for USN Carrier looks very legitimate, but no one there will answer the phone nor reply back to my emails. Their tracking records show (supposedly) where and when the shipment went on its way to my home. At the time, I thought it was taking a very long time to ship the item (21 days). In the end (according to the USN Carrier tracking info), it was supposedly turned over to my local post office from the USN Sort Facility in my hometown (which doesn’t exist). My local post office doesn’t even show a record of having received nor delivered my package.

Hi,

top stock deals.com is a scam, I ordered from their websit, 3 Martha stewart butterfly punches, $ 65.85, paid with Amazon gift card.

on Oct 25, I never received them, the carrier company they gave, is a scam, not a exit company. Now websit is not available, can not be reached. Also I put my credit card in first, then they asked me to buy a gift card to pay for it.

I did. few days later, I credit card was used by someone else. Not sure it is related to topstockdeals.
