Type of a scam Online Purchase

This store appeared as one of the first sites for shopping ‘the office’ gifts. I purchased a blanket for a holiday present for $40 plus $5 shipping. I was sent a text message to say they had received my order and it would take 7-14 days for delivery, and I would receive a text when it shipped. Its been 8 days and I have not received a text. I have tried to look up my order status on their site and that isn’t an option. I have emailed the company, I can’t call because there is no phone number. This site is a scam! I am going to contact my bank to try to recoup my loss. I would appreciate you looking into this site so no one else gets taken advantage of.
