Type of a scam Online Purchase

I enlisted this website to complete a project by a deadline May 15th (https://prnt.sc/ss4frf). The project turned in completely disregarded the instructions given. The project was reworked several times against my wishes and was submitted on May 24th where it was still wrong (https://prnt.sc/ss4g88). They did not meet the deadline they supposedly guaranteed and I was forced to complete the project by other means. I have requested a refund several times where I am met with automated responses and no resolution. They are scamming people out of money and they are not being held accountable.
