Type of a scam Online Purchase

I purchased a DNA kit for $43.29 on my bank card, from TopDealX.com, May 11, 2018. I received an email on May 15 saying they would refund my money for order #22667 because they were out of stock. Today is June 4 and I haven’t received a refund. My email to them has gone unanswered. I have filed a transaction dispute with my bank.

I found this advisement online as I researched TopDealX.com: This website is a scam! It looks like a Czech website, but when I purchased a bag, the money went to China to a company named Madasca in Shenzhen, China (information from my Internet banking). A month later I received an awful no name pink bag (although I ordered a green Furla bag). And when I tried to contact them, I have not received any answer. Don’t buy anything from this website!!!
