Comprei dois produtos e paguei caro. Nunca recebi pois omitiram no endereço de minha residência, fazendo que produto retornasse para os mesmos. Até um determinado tempo respondiam os e-mails, sempre de.forma evasiva e pouco ou nada explicativa. Até que pararam inclusive de responder. Classifico isto como fraude, roubo e que precisa ser enquadrado por alguém para que sejam rigorosamente punidos e devolvam o que subtrairam indevidamente fazendo-se valer da.boa fé dos clientes. Se.alguém souber qual a.melhor forma de denunciá-los e.obrigá-los a ressarcir por favor auxiliem-nos.

Estafadores no comprar nada de ellos ,son ladrones,no mandan nada los pedidos,no hay telefono,no contestantan los correos.son ladrones estan en Instagram tambien.

Do not trust them,is a scam,they fo not send the items ,5 months I bought 2 items from them,I haven’t received ,no telephone,do not answer e-mails.

We ordered a product from them last June and I have never received it. We have emailed them several times and also asked for a refund. They refuse saying that it has already shipped. They also refused to give us a phone number telling us they do not have one. This company is a total scam.

I ordered a hole puncher for this mob on 17/05/2020 and o have not received it to date. It’s now 02/10 and they still cannot give me a tracking number. DO MOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. TOTAL SCAM.

We placed an ORDER #26306-TB dtd 17.6.2020 for USD 66.95 for Electric Mosquito Swatter. We have not received product till date. We have been following up with them since the day the order was placed but never received a proper update on the order. We requested for a refund of payment but that also has not been done.

I bought a garden kneeling bench back in May 2020. I’m still waiting for it !
I’ve sent multiple emails to them, with them telling me their backed up due to the pandemic. I’ve asked for a phone number to call & have gotten no number. Very frustrating!

Toasted Bees advertised on Facebook with multiple products. I ordered on product on 6-18-2020. Website states shipping to US within 15-20 days. It has been 2 months and this company can not provide any type of logistics information on my order. They state it has been provided to the shipper but they can’t provide shipping company information or where the actual product is being shipped from location wide. All correspondence with the company is responded to quickly but there is never any information given other than it is handed over to shipper.

Multiple requests for a refund are simply ignored and not responded to.
