Type of a scam Fake Invoice/Supplier Bill
A letter was received via postal email with letter head that very much resembled an invoice (payment due). The "invoice" included a line item of "Reproduction of Trademark" and "Filing Fee", making reference to a website historically used by a legitimate place of business (socially engineered to be relevant to our organization.) The "invoice" was for a total amount of "$1,**0,00" expressed in "CAD". The invoice included a reference no. ending in "xxx119".
