I’ve been given the run-around for 3 months and counting over an order for a duvet. Tried to make contact with customer support and never find out any new information about where it is, when it will arrive. They haven given me bogus tracking numbers and when I’ve asked for a refund, they never address my request, just send another tracking number that cannot even be searched properly.
