There’s this guy whose name is Timothy heard ( @LilTimoteo ) on Instagram selling music promotion and Instagram growth and the verification badge. He receives the money and disappears not replying to a single message I sent him. The payment was done through paypal and I have already filed a complaint about him there too. It’s not about the money cause it was just $50, but he is scamming a lot of people and someone has to stop him.
