My boyfriend and I got in contact with them for a husky puppy. It started off great and they asked for $650 for a fee for the puppy. However, we were not able to give them that. In result they negotiated for $300 since that is all we could give. When it came time to ship out the puppy they were telling us that we needed to rent a crate but with no instructions on how to do so. They ended the conversation with my boyfriend after that. I then got in contact with them and tried to see if I could get my money back but they never responded.
