Type of a scam Online Purchase

I saw a site that had cool light up chargers, I decided to purchase one, along with several other things I purchased online. I ordered this charger on 5/4/2020 it’s been months and all my other stuff came within a week or two of each other. I was still looking for my charger but it never came so I decided to email them… they emailed back reassuring me that the charger had been shipped already and sent me a fake tracking website, I’ve never seen this kind of tracking website so I emailed back and they reassured me it was indeed coming almost 3 weeks later I still haven’t gotten anything, and looks like I won’t be getting it. I will never order anything online again until I see reviews etc.
