Type of a scam Online Purchase

Ordered a product from this company on October 24th 2019. Website said it would take 2 weeks for delivery. After not receiving item I contacted the company via email and they said I should receive the item in about a week. After another week went by I emailed again with no response. Have requested a refund with no response. Upon researching the company the address listed on their website does not exist and no one answers the phone. Based on similar complaints listed on the ScamPulse.com website this company is a fraud. Plan to file complaints with local law enforcement and my CC company as well.
