Type of a scam Fake Check/Money Order

I upgraded my profile on known employment site to be a part time caregiver/housekeeper. Within a few days an Alan Hurt texted me from my info on the employment website and offered me a position doing just that. Whoever this was and I exchanged emails for a couple of weeks regarding me getting "Alan and his family"/ready to relocate to my city. I was a total fool. He sent me a valid check, from what my bank said, to deposit into my account. Then later that same day, scammer sent email saying I needed to go withdrawl $400 out of the $2974 check and money gram it to another person(the furniture company)… Then the next day, with more urgency, emailed Me to withdraw $1100 from acct n money gram that to the same person. Two days later my bank puts a hold on my account and with that information,my [censored] has got the picture,a little too late and too bad for me! Now,I’m sure since the check he sent me wasnt real,I’m stuck with paying that $1500.00 back to my bank.I’m a single 40 yo mother working my [censored] off just to pay rent and bills. Its going to take me a decade to pay off money that wasnt mine to start with. Scammers,of course never emailed back after the day they were due to arrive. That was on June 15th. Oh and almost forgot all 3 combined M.gram fees that were extra for me to pay out of my pocket. These totalled to over $45.
