Type of a scam Online Purchase

I ordered a blanket online from their website. The phone number posted on their website is not valid. I placed the order on 12/12/17 and still have not received it or any confirmation number. During the holiday season, they would reply to email saying are behind due to season, etc. Many non-specific emails have been received, but nothing answering specific questions. Last email from them on 12/27/17 said:

Hi,

Thank you for contacting us and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience.

We ship directly from our stocking centers, this means that your order is shipped from global areas such as Germany, USA, Thailand, Tibet, China, India, etc.

We are working with boutique designers and sometimes we have to wait a little longer due to limited stocks. Also, items go thru transfers and customs which makes it longer – our Delivery window is 15-20 working days or more since its Holiday season and post is a little bit slow.

We checked internally and your tracking number is not yet updated. Your package is still airborne means tracking number will be updated once it reaches its destination. I would say 5-7 business days for the tracking number to be updated.
