Type of a scam Online Purchase

I fell for a Facebook marketing offer, started the ordering process, became suspicious and tried to opt out and leave the site but somehow my order "submitted". This was 1/7/17. I noticed the charge on my credit card statement. Three weeks later I emailed them for a status update and got their canned responses – the same ones I was reading online when I finally checked them out. I realize I am out only $20 but want to warn others not to purchase from this unscrupulous company – if they actually exist! They take your money but never fulfill. A legitimate company only charges after they ship the item(s). Total scam!! PLEASE DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE!
