Type of a scam Phishing
Rec’d phone call at our business on 2/5/2020 approx 10am. Name & Phone # on the caller id ‘800 Service’ 800-202-0620. The caller, with foreign accent, identified himself as calling on behalf of the Texas BBB updating our profile information. Asked if we had "secured a new location?", I asked what he meant by that then he verified our business name and current address, which i confirmed was correct. Then he proceeded to tell me, "Are you not aware your business is moving?", when I questioned him he hung up. Not sure what kind of phishing scheme this is but I contacted my local BBB office and they told me only my local rep with BBB would call me to verify profile info.

Checkrite of Austin is being called form "Texas ScamPulse.com" asking if they have found new office space. Business states they called the number back and it is not working.
