Ordered 130 pounds worth of purchase with hearing nothing back on requesting information aswell as refund

I ordered three 3d veteran garden flags back in June. 1st July I get an email saying it’s been shipped. Tried tracking my order but number not recognised with the whistl company. No response from Temparlan only an automated response saying check this tracking number. So I am just going round in circles.

Still waiting on my order two messages about delay and nothing since

Paid for Australia Anzac 3d flag never received they use a china shipping company which you can not translate in english Australia 2132 PayPal refused to refund total scam after my order placed i read really bad reviews and company refuses to correspond with you
