Type of a scam Rental
Home was advertised for rent on craigslist. House was in Lincoln, NE. Owner supposedly moved to Georgia for work and wanted to rent home in Lincoln. Agreed through email to wire deposit of $470 to person named Teldrin Foster. This person used FedEx to ship house keys and lease agreement. However, they placed a hold on the package and demanded that I pay two months rent first. I refused, as I had not yet seen the lease nor received the keys. The person is now keeping my money and I cannot get ahold of them anymore to receive these documents and house keys. I believe this is a scam.
