Ordered leggings November of 2016. Funds were taken from my accoun. It’s been a year. I never received them. They were never shipped. I have been emailing back and forth since December 2016. They respond with a generic computer generated reply each time. They stole my money. SCAM SCAM SCAM

I ordered a glowing collar for my dog. We received it months later. It came from China and it broke the next day. They never answered my complaint email. I posted on their Facebook site and they deleted the comment. So, I posted again.

You will find them advertising on Facebook for items that they want to sell. They take your money, and give only vague responses that are canned phrases to your inquiry as to when you will receive shipment of what you ordered. No PHONE to call. Don’t order from this company!

I ordered a pair of chihuahua pants from this company on March 4th of this year. I have a confirmation of the order. I received an email stating the pants were shipped March 12 2017. I never received the pants. I emailed the company at least 20 times. I get nothing but a generic message stating they would look into the problem. There is no address or phone number on the advertisement. All they will give me is an email. The money for the pants was taken out of my bank account. The total cost 49.99. Total rip off. I can’t get anywhere with this company. They advertise all the time on social media. Please help
