Type of a scam Tech Support

They tell you to accept a free trial of 7 days with a credit card charge of $5.99 to help fix your computer from crashing. Then they send you a link or key to install and activate TechUtilities. From there someone asks you to remotely access your computer and they tell you everything that is wrong with it. They keep sending you to another tech to find more problems so more people are actually accessing your computer. The final tech tells you that an Advance Tech needs to resolve these issues for a $299.99 fee. At that point I said no and they came back with a $99.99 fee, I still said no and cancelled out the remote access but they must have left trails or something because now my computer is crashing and dumping every time I open it.
