A cookie came up on my computer that I couldn’t get rid of. Was told if didn’t get tech help computer would be shut down stated they were with Windows. After some harassment I gave permission to get into my computer ,by pressing window key + r key. My computer was to be cleaned and window fire wall and defender installed. I paid by master card $311 for 5 years of service. They used an electronic signature acknowledgement
