Type of a scam Tech Support

They froze my internet. Pop up appeared. I clicked it and they accessed my internet. told me i was in critical situation and all my devices would stop working unless I gave them $1,600 to fix problem immediately. They opened my banking info and filled it in for me and I ok’d it. I realized this was fishy and contacted my bank and police. After I threatened to go to their address with the police they agreed to give me my money back which they did. I know I was very naive and I am lucky to get my money back.
