My computer received a meassage telling me it was under some kind of attack and as I do all of my work from my computer I paniced and called the number given. And after speaking with someone who says they could help I was told I’d have to pay for the services and I agreed and my computer was suppose to be fixed. They called a month later and informed me that something was still wrong and wanted me to pay more for their services to which I refused because the money that was taken from me from before was to cover future charges. I ended the call and a little while later I recevied my bank statement and it showed they had taken fifty dollars from my accounts. So I went a reported it to my bank who cleared up both transactions after finding that other customers of the back had been frauded as well by these people. They continue to call me even after I’ve called them on their BS but they don’t seem to care, of course I’ve recently told them I was going to report them to the BBB and the calls have dropped down but they still cal.
