Type of a scam Tech Support

The phone number 850-537-6907 with the name of Dwayne Woods on the caller ID called my Mom (70-ish) in mid May 2016 and told her she needed to go to her computer quick and give him information about her email/personal accounts because they were about to crash and he could help her. She didn’t give him any info nor did she even go to her computer because she doesn’t have internet on her computer. She finally just hung up after she messed with him a bit saying "oh she can’t go there to the computer because it is soooo bad what he was saying she just couldn’t even go to her computer".
