TD Ameritrade falsely advertises for free 90 Investools access as promotional offer for opening and funding a brokerage account. Once the account is open, the customer service says Investools is a separate company and we have to deal with Investools. I called Investools customer service but they say that the offer is from TD Ameritrade I should contact TD Ameritrade. This kind of bait and switch business practices should have no place in today’s society.
