Subject: COLLECTION MATTER -PAYMENT UPDATE

 

We communicate with you some time ago via email that we like to retain your firm for collection of the sum of $650,000.00 from our debtor in your jurisdiction and we also advise the debtor that you will be representing us in this collection matter against their company.

Today we are happy to notify you that the debtor has issued a part payment of $495,000.00 to your firm and promised to pay the balance after you have received the first payment.

Please once you have receive the payment deduct your fee and forward us your retainer agreement immediately, I have attached the Invoice Purchase Order and the Bill of Lading for your review if you don’t receive it I will re attached them please advice we shall forward you the signed agreement together with our wire instruction for you to wire us the funds less your fee.
