Type of a scam Debt Collections

They called my sister in law looking for me. I called the number they left with her. When I called the from my number they didn’t even ask who I was. They went stright to telling me my name and birthday. They then said they were calling to collect an old Discover card debt. I told them I didn’t remember ever having a discover card. They told me they would just have me served then. I said ok and that was it.

I gave them nothing, no money or information.
