She has called on the federal and state level they said they will not send letters from anyone but coming from the IRS. This is saying that she has lien amount 9,620 & owe state taxes for years ending in "multiple years" all papers and even phone calls say they are NOT the IRS these say they are Allegheny County in the state of PA she called they said no it is not them. They were asking for where she works and her social security number she said no because they should have it. H&R said that all her taxes are fine. She has 3 separate letters.
