I recieved a call from this phone number with a recording that definitely was sketchy so I googled it and many others are receiving these calls. I have no fraudulent tax debt sooo, that was my red flag to report.

They called and left a 51 second voicemail stating I am to pay taxes and if not done so in 24 hours the "local police" will arrest me. Called back, no answer/no ringing, straight to message saying "this number is currently unavilable because it is busy"

Type of a scam Tax Collection

Received a phone call from number (509)587-3608. Left a broken message from a male with a thick accent stating he was suing me for a tax crime and was filing a warrant on me within 30 minutes. I or my lawyer was to call him back immediately at the number he called from.

I am a law abiding citizen and did not call this number back.
