Type of a scam Online Purchase

This website appeared as a Facebook ad on Black Friday. I clicked on it and shopped their website which seemed to be a global store and purchased a jacket which cost me over $50 after taxes. There were many “reviews” by people that seemed realistic. I got a confirmation email of my purchase and was told the item would ship in ten to fifteen days. It never did. I contacted the website for a refund but the ticket had an impossible captcha code and wouldn’t let me submit my ticket for a refund. It kept telling me it was wrong even though everything I entered was correct. I googled this store and found someone who posted 3 days ago that they too recently made a purchase from this store only to never receive their items and never hear back from the store. Another recent review from this month (December) stated that they too couldn’t submit a ticket for return because the website said the captcha code was incorrect. I emailed them and Facebook message them and have heard nothing back.
