To whom it may concern:

My daughter who is 13 years old is an online influencer on instagram. she was contacted via direct message mid November asking if she was interested in modeling and posting the clothing the company sells. The company on Instagram is called Talever Official. I then asked them to email my daughters email which is ***

The company asked her to post 6 pics, 2 videos and 1 swipe up video in return the would be paying her $300.00. The company also stated I needed to send them a W9 to legalize the everything. I sent them one signed with all of my personal information. However The company stated at half of the project which is 3 pics 1 video they would pay her $150.00. And once she posted the other half they would pay her accordingly. The company only ended up paying her 1 half which was $150.00. The more important issue here is Whenever I emailed them questioning the need for a W9 as my daughter was not going to be receiving a large amount of money.. I received an error in response. My email shut down and my cell phone started behaving very weird. I do believe the company sent a virus to my cell phone and now I believe my phone may be hacked which is another issue. I believe both my daughter and I have been targeted & I have released my personal info to this company and I am truly concerned. I do not know what their intentions are or what they are capable of doing. Please help. This may be a type of sexual crimes, harassment, fraud & identity theft.
