I had a tech support number pop up on my computer to call number 1-800-391-9038. The message told me to call tech support and to have them guide me through a process of fixing the virus that had been apparently been put onto my computer. After the process of running a bunch of scans and then taking me to Wikipedia site showing me what a trojan virus was in the definition of it they went ahead and Spilled Out three different payments of a 1 year 3 year and a lifetime year of technical support. Then they took a sum of money and told me to go ahead and leave my computer for about 3 hours and they would go ahead and clean up and fix firewall the viruses clean up the computer and they would call me after they were done and fix had been fixed. Every day since they have called and harass me asking me how the computer is doing and on top of it after I told him many times to stop calling me and then I would call him if it too many problems would be coming up they are now calling me and harassing me telling me that the computer has been hacked again.
