Type of a scam Online Purchase

This company was selling a product on Facebook. I ordered (and paid for) it in March, it is now June and the product has not arrived. The website is now down. Customer service just keeps telling me to wait longer. I did a Google search and have found countless people posting about the same exact thing happening to them with this company. It is obviously a scam, they take your money, never send you anything, and then shut the website down.

I kept seeing ads for retro hand held devises for video games. I ordered two. Paid $84.21 and upgraded shipping for a tracking number. Got an emailing saying will ship in 2-3 business days or 5-7 if experiencing a high order volume. After two weeks and the website says not processed or shipped, I emailed. They have no phone number to call. They said it is being processed. Waited another week, and nothing. Emailed again asking for my money back and they said it is being processed and they can not refund my money. However the website still shows not processed after 2 and a half months. I just want my money back.
