We received a phone call from a family member saying that she received a phone call and the ID said "Swanton Health Care", so she answered the call. It was from a foreign accent and wanted to sell her car insurance. She reported to us this incident, so I am reporting it to you.
We are a skilled nursing community. I don’t know what the phone number was just what the caller ID was.
