We paid $350 and Andrew promised to write unlimited letters to our apartment complex to get something off of our credit. He wrote ONE letter and refused to right any more. He said we’d have to pay another $150 plus an hourly rate for him to sew and that is what he thinks is best. We did not want to sue and he NEVER mentioned the hourly rate when we went into his office the first time. He said it would ONLY be the $150 and then he said "Why should I represent you if you’re not willing to put your own money into this case". Which we repeatedly told him we do not want to sue. He called us LIARS, screamed at us and kept us on the phone for hours while he rambled in circles.
He wrote ONE letter when unlimited were promised. Once he got our check he was done with us. He didn’t do ANYTHING he said he would and he did it with an attitude.
Dismissed us at clients without us even knowing and refused to give our $350 back event though he didn’t do what was promised.
