Consider this a verbal statement, failure to respond will remove all your rights, process has been served.  They want you to speak to a mediator. You should contact the office at 716-398-4123. You have been officially notified."

A prerecorded voice of attorney susan mullins tells me I have a judgement against me and failure to give a statement results in the loss of my rights. Press 0 to talk to a mediator. I did and a person who knew the last 4 digits of my social tells me HSBC is suing me for a card ending in 5588. I told them I did not have a credit card and they hung up on me. They call four times before I talked to them. I call HSBC to make sure no one has a card in my name or ss#. No one does.

Livingston County – will lose rights if served a subpoena – talked to Susan Mullins who vehemently denied this is a scam – said if it were she would not have received the phone call from us – told repeatedly this debt was paid – caller denied this was true – says she’s a mediator but did not say for who – I feel she would have asked eventually asked for money/financial info to "settle debt" – which was paid years ago –
