While trying to pay bills on my laptop, a message with loud beeping popped up that said I had been attacked by a virus and to contact a Microsoft phone #. At first I tried to exit out of the window, supposedly from Cableone, without success. I called the number and they said I needed to pay $100 to remedy the situation. When I said I didn’t have the $ they immediately got off the phone!
