Type of a scam Fake Check/Money Order

Scammer identified self as an employee of Super Koh with a refund of $299.99 or $300. He said his name was Daniel Sanchez and then proceeded to ask me to open my computer. I would not give him my password so he said just open the computer and the password will be encrypted. He showed me a screen with all dots on it so it looked legitimate to me. He then proceeded to ask for my name, address, city, state, zip code, phone number and the bank I use. Later when he asked for my bank account and Social Security numbers, I questioned him more. He said he was telling the truth and that I could trust him. But I felt uneasy so I did not give out that information. He got upset and hung up the phone. The phone call lasted for 2 1/2 hours. Now my computer does not work.
