Type of a scam Advance Fee Loan

Approved for a personal loan through suntrust financing in Rochester, ny. Ms. Barnes called and said it was approved and either i could put down collateral or make three payments in advance which totalled 574 dollars and so I was told to western union money to Chris Kowvien in Barrie, ontario. They would reimburse the 38 dollar transfer fee. I did so. Two hours later I got a call from another lady who said I had to put down $750 of the $1500 optional insurance before they could release the money of $8000 personal loan into my account. She said they would waive the other $750.once again western union to Chris,Kowvien in Barrie, Ontario and they will reimburse the $49 transfer fee. 2 hours after they recieved ut, the manager called back to say they need the other $750. I told him what the lady prior to him said and he said that wasn’t correct and to western union the other $750. I told him I felt this was a scam and wanted a full refunderstanding of $1411.00 total amount paid out the same way I sent it. Western Union. He said it would take 30 days to process. I told him I felt it was a scam because anyone who can guarantee the monet in your account by 2 hours can do a refund the same way. I’m doubting vet much at this point if I’ll ever see the money again. I was stupid. I have all the paperwork here.
