Type of a scam Employment

Was contacted via text by someone claiming to be a representative of SunGard Financial System regarding an open job position in Data Entry/ Administrative Assistant. Work from home, laptop will be provided, one week paid training at $20/ hr then $25/ hr for full time work. Then I was instructed to wire money for software programs and installation to their vendor of choice for $356.11. After that was sent I received an offer letter from a Human Resources contact Lloyd Tega, signed it and returned it. The following day I was instructed to wire an additional $426.89 for "tracker" software to the vendors payroll department. I was concerned at this point and communicated my concerns. At which time I was told not to worry and was reassured I will be reimbursed. After doing research tonight I feel like this is a scam.
