My Story
Summer is a pretty little tripod kitty. She was living outdoors and sustained a terrible injury that required her left front leg to be amputated. She spent quite a while wearing a cone while she recovered, but once she had her sutures removed the cone came off and her spirits lifted.
It has been several weeks and she has learned to use the litterbox very well, and she has begun to climb a bit. She plays with other kitties and has become exceptionally fond of one of our other little foster boys named Joey.
Summer has a long coat of calico fur and is a fairly quiet girl. She is a little bit shy, but sweet and patient. She will need a home that can accommodate her special mobility needs when it comes to jumping up and down, as well as raised food and water dishes.
She has been spayed, vaccinated, microchipped, blood tested, and has received flea & parasite treatment. If you would like to meet Summer, please fill out an application by going to our website [email protected].
